Online payments introduced

A new facility to allow service users to pay their rent and service charges online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, has been introduced by Adullam Homes.

 Introduction of online payments will mean bills can be settled at any time and will prevent service users having to go out to get cash or hand it over. Telephone payments were already being taken, but only during office hours and took staff time that can be used in other more helpful ways if people opt to switch.

Before they start using the system, users need to register before making their first payment. To do this and/or to then make payments, they need to go to the All Pay website.

To make this as easy as possible, Adullam has added a payment button to the homepage of its website - www.adullam.org.uk

Users can also download the AllPay Payment App free of charge onto their Apple, Android or Windows smartphone from the Apple App Store, Google play or Windows Phone Store. More information about this is at www.allpay.net/app

Adullam staff have been provided with information about how service users can start paying online and will help anyone who needs it to get it set up.

Commenting on the new payment service, Adullam Director of Housing Ged Riley said: “Online payments will help to make life easier and safer for our service users and our staff, which is more important in the current climate than ever before.

“Looking ahead, it will also make us more efficient so we can invest more time and money in valuable support services.”
