Dave appointed to new role

Adullam is delighted to announce the appointment of Dave Moore to the new role of Assistant Director of Quality & Support.

As an Adullam employee for more than 20 years who has progressed from project worker to Head of Support, Dave is extremely well qualified for the new role.

The position of Assistant Director of Quality & Support has been to develop and deliver the Association’s Support Services and enhance the quality of support services through quantitative reporting and a quality framework matrix.

Reporting to Executive Director of Housing & Support Ged Riley, Dave will also support  opportunities to develop new business, ensure co-ordination of implementation, and exit of services.

As Head of Support for the past two years, Dave has been penultimately responsible for the sound delivery of contractual agreements, the delivery of service specifications, quality, and compliance.

Tender success in Bolton, Bury, Sheffield and Stoke during this period have demonstrated his rounded experience of service implementation, small and larger scale.

It has also been his responsibility to ensure there is an effective operational framework to deliver support services and that they comply with regulatory and contractual requirements, including safeguarding, partnership working and coproduction.

Commenting on the appointment, Ged Riley said: “Dave is a tremendous asset to Adullam and is. He has extensive knowledge and experience and brings a wonderful passion for everything he does.

“His meticulous attention to detail, care for teams and dedication to improving the lives of all our tenants, residents and service users service users combine to make him the ideal candidate. I look forward to working with him to continue the development of the Association and the further strengthening of its reputation.”

Dave, who lives in Staffordshire and is married with two daughters, takes up the role at the beginning of May.

Reacting to the news, he said: “I am chuffed to have successfully applied for the new role. It is an exciting opportunity to further develop my knowledge and managerial experience whilst having the influence to achieve positive change within the organisation and wider sector.”
