Board vacancies

Adullam - which is this year celebrating its 50th anniversary - is looking for two new Board members.

The Board positions offer an opportunity to influence the Association’s future success, helping it to build even stronger partner relationships to provide housing and support for some of society’s most vulnerable groups.

Adullam is financially strong, committed to remaining independent and immensely proud that people have been at the heart of everything it has achieved over the past 50 years.

Either an established or aspirational Board Member, ideal candidates will bring the required professional expertise and ideally represent the diversity of Adullam’s communities and service users.

Among the skills Adullam is seeking to attract are strategic business planning; financial expertise, although not necessarily a qualified accountant; HR, especially the people aspects of delivering support services; marketing and communications allied with developing strategic partnerships; and digital / media skills from a customer-facing organisation.

The time commitment is expected to be in the region of one day per month.

Formed in 1972 in Birmingham by Walter Moore MBE, Adullam’s work continues today to benefit communities as an expression of Christian faith in action.

Board members do not need to be practicing Christians, but an appreciation of Adullam’s Christian values and heritage is, however, essential.

Further information is available from and the closing date is 9am on Monday, February 7, 2022.
