From voting on options for a new logo to coffee mornings and gym refurbishments, Adullam Homes Housing Association’s services have a packed week planned to focus on co-production, involvement and engagement.

Key theme for the week, which runs from March 14 to 20, is Reducing Homelessness, with activity including getting the tenancy management policy and pre-eviction process reviewed by tenants, residents and service users (TRS).

A review of entrance and exist surveys will also be carried out, with the findings reported back to TRS.

For Adullam services in a range of locations including Birmingham, Bolton, Bury, Buxton, Chesterfield, Congleton, Denbighshire. Leicester, Loughborough, Salford, Sheffield and Tameside, getting tenants, residents and service users engaged in decision-making and project delivery is an important part of the work.

To help achieve this, a wide variety of fun and engaging activities are planned. Examples include a coffee morning in Birmingham, gardening in Oadby, bacon butty Friday in Bolton, art sessions in Sheffield and a bake-off in Stoke..

Commenting on the week, Dave Moore, Head of Support for Adullam, said: “Meaningful co-production can lead to outstanding results for individuals and services, a reduction in complaints, improved customer satisfaction, more efficient processes and increased funding opportunities. The list of positive impacts that can be achieved goes on and on.

“Adullam Homes is committed to embedding a culture of co-production, inclusion and engagement and the week will see a productive and rewarding start to another fantastic year of co-production across our services.

“We look forward to sharing news of what is happening throughout the week and what follows for the rest of the year.”
