Resident Involvement
Adullam values how people feel about the support, housing and repairs services they receive - the bad and the good. More than this we actively seek to enable people to be vocal and active in improving services at local, area and national levels.
Everyone who works for Adullam will ask, listen and act. Where possible we give people training, mentoring, resources and time to best equip them to influence what we do and hold us accountable for how we perform.
We value the individual and hope to offer involvement that fits with people's confidence and abilities. This may be anything as varied as giving us one to one feedback with a support worker, acting as a representative on a committee or working group, recruiting and training our staff, or acting as a Peer Mentor.
