What happens with the Equal Opportunities Page?
On receipt, the Equal Opportunities page of the application form will be removed so that the details of age, sex and ethnicity will be unknown to the shortlisting panel.
When will I be contacted with the outcome of my application?
We will acknowledge receipt of all application forms normally by email. However we will only then contact those who have been shortlisted for interview. If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks of the closing date, please consider that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
If shortlisted how will I be contacted?
If you are successful at shortlisting stage the HR Department will contact you with details of the assessment centre either by email, phone or letter.
Data Protection
Personal data obtained from applicants during the recruitment process will be held securely. Information provided will be used solely for the purposes of selection for the post advertised, unless express permission for additional use is sought from the applicant [e.g. if the applicant might be considered for other vacancies]. Other than for the successful applicant, no personal data provided in the course of the application, other than that stored and processed as part of Adullam Homes Housing Association for monitoring of equal opportunities, will be retained beyond one year from the date from the position was advertised.
