Restoring hope and dignity through quality housing and support

You are here:  home -> careers -> benefits

We have a great range of benefits in place to help us recruit and retain the right people to support the delivery of our services.

  • Competitive salaries
  • 25 days' annual leave, with a further 8 statutory days for Bank Holidays. What's more, for every year you work with us you will get an extra day's annual leave - up to a maximum of 30 days. Pro rata for part time staff.
  • You will have the opportunity to join a defined contributory pension scheme with employer contributions. You will have free access to an independent financial adviser to help you choose between the options available to you.
  • Everyone who works with us has the opportunity to join a non-contributory health cash plan scheme. If you have regular eye tests or dental care, these costs can be met by the scheme.
  • Provision is made for sick pay depending on your length of service.
  • We provide life cover of four times your annual salary to your dependents.
  • Core Training Programmes and development opportunities.
  • Salary sacrifice Childcare Voucher Scheme. Deductions from your salary can be made for Childcare vouchers, for registered or approved childcare (up to the age of 16). These vouchers are tax and National Insurance free, meaning you may be able to save up to 33% of your childcare costs.
  • Annual Moore Awards (our staff recognition scheme).

Refreshments are free for all employees, with water machines, tea and coffee available in most offices.

Give As You Earn Scheme

We also operate a 'Give As You Earn' scheme, where deductions are taken from your gross salary and given to a charity of your choice.
