Adullam works in the community providing support to those in need, through a variety of housing, support and advice services. The Association is a not for profit organisation; all surpluses generated are reinvested into key areas of our work.

We are a significant provider to people in need of a support service; this will often, although not exclusively, entail the provision of accommodation with additional support. It may include community based non-residential projects and services delivered to people in their own homes.

Adullam has over 40 years of experience in providing services to many of our chosen client groups and the agencies with whom they are involved.

We have over 200 members of staff across the Midlands and North West, including people who work in support, maintenance, development, finance, and HR.

We are an Investor in People organisation and we aim to be an employer of choice by demonstrating how important our employees are to our success.  High quality services can only be provided by well trained and skilled employees.

Our strong values mean we have a really positive working environment and our staff have a passion for delivering an exceptional service. The more you put into your work at Adullam, the more you'll get back.

Our aim is to deliver excellence in all that we do. We have developed a set of core values and behaviours amongst our colleagues and these ask all our staff to strive to achieve and deliver excellence for all our customers.

Employees are expected to deliver the Association’s values and behaviours, as part of their day to day work and to work in accordance with them. The values outline the attitudes through which employees should personally contribute to achieving these.

Our values and behaviours:

  • Integrity and Fairness
  • Striving for Excellence
  • Valuing the Individual

Adullam is a great place to work and we are keen to recruit talented team players who want to make a difference.
