Supported Housing

Home / Services / Supported Housing

Adullam provides quality housing and delivers tailored support plans to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

The Association owns some 408 properties and manages a further 345. The focal point of our services are 30 multi-occupancy facilities which range from 10 to 65 beds, catering for care leavers, prison leavers, drug and alcohol dependants, people with learning difficulties and a women’s refuge.  We also have self-contained flats, bedsits, and houses.

Working Partnerships

Adullam employs learning and engagement coordinators and tenancy sustainment officers to work with tenants, residents and service users (TRS) to help them achieve their full potential.  We also develop vital working partnerships with stakeholders and agencies that can contribute to the journey each person is on, focusing on:

  • Awareness and access to services
  • Suitable accommodation and support
  • Reducing repeat homelessness
  • Eliminating the need to sleep rough

The services we provide as part of this holistic approach are supported housing, emergency accommodation (A Bed Every Night {ABEN} and Severe Weather Emergency Protocol {SWEP}), floating support and advice. Our customers include asylum seekers, ex-offenders, expectant and new mums, people with mental health issues, recovering addicts, survivors of domestic abuse, those homeless or at risk of becoming homelessness, and young people leaving care.

Our excellent reputation has been earned through achieving successful outcomes. We take an asset-based approach that focuses on individual and community strengths. As a Registered Provider, we can deliver affordable housing and have assets to do so. We have an exceptional history of implementing new services and have good existing service models and embedded co-production.

FAQs

Sadly not and none of our projects provide the opportunity for tenants, residents and service users to buy them. Different referral pathways apply in each area, visit our How to access our services page for full details.

When we take on or acquire new properties, we have a tried and tested communications plan to keep our neighbours fully informed. Information about individual properties can be requested by emailing communications@adullam.org.uk

If you are an existing tenant, resident or service user you should find everything you need in the My Adullam section of this website. For all other queries please use the details provided on our Contact us page.
