Mission Statement and Values

“Restoring hope and dignity through quality housing and support”

Values are so important to Adullam Homes because they impact upon the way we behave, to one another, to our residents and to stakeholders.

Our Values are:

  • Valuing the individual
  • Listen and give time to the feelings and views of others; Recognise diversity and appreciate it by respecting people as individuals; See the potential in individuals; support and encourage each individual's aspirations by sitting beside them, not opposite them.

Offer proactive advice, help and support to others; Show consideration and flexibility to colleagues and residents; Recognise people's contributions and say 'thank you'.

Integrity and fairness

  • Do the right thing even when no one's looking
  • Apply the same rules to all in a consistent and unbiased approach
  • Deal with things firmly and fairly
  • Are truthful, honest and trustworthy, even if a difficult message needs to be delivered
  • Make sure we deliver in what we say
  • Are non-judgemental; avoid acting on rumour or gossip.

Striving for excellence

Are open to change and new ideas. Always improve on yesterday's performance. Are the best they can be, by identifying and delivering continuous improvements. Motivate others by playing an active role and encouraging them.

Recognise achievement and celebrate success. Seek out challenges and make opportunities.

Aims and objectives

Adullam Homes aims to restore hope and dignity through its expertise in supporting and developing people enabling them to lead independent lives while integrating service users and residents into the world of work.
