Tenancy Sustainability Officers     
Locations in Derbyshire:
Sheffield - 28 hours per week
£14,399 per annum following successful completion of 6 months’ probationary period (Initial 1 year contract with possible extension)


Buxton - 27 hours per week       
£13,885 per annum following successful completion of 6 months’ probationary period

Chesterfield - 18 hours per week 
£9,257 per annum following successful completion of 6 months’ probationary period

Adullam works in the community with vulnerable and excluded people from a diverse range of backgrounds providing support through a variety of high quality housing, support and advice services.
To assist residents and service users we provide tailored support programmes, based on an individuals’ need, which enables residents to improve their quality of life and live independently.
The Association is a not for profit organisation; all surpluses generated are reinvested into key areas of our work.

We have new opportunities for Tenancy Sustainability Officers for services throughout Derbyshire.
The purpose of these roles is to co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection; manage the process of applications and allocation of vacant properties and manage void turnaround time in a timely manner.
Some of the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required for these roles are:
• Specialist knowledge of the specified client group
• Knowledge and practice in housing and tenancy management in relation to statutory obligations.
• Track record in effective tenancy management, particularly voids and arrears management
• Sound understanding of Housing Benefit regulations and welfare reform.
• A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the work place, implications for staff and residents.

You will need a clean driving licence and access to a car for business use.
