We have a great opportunity for a Tenancy Sustainability Officer within our newly commissioned service which is at the heart of Bolton’s locality plan. Building on the strengths of individuals, families, partner agencies and communities Adullam aims to deliver a flexible and innovative asset based approach to reduce and prevent homelessness in Bolton, improving outcomes for all.

To be successful in this role as a Tenancy Sustainability Officer you will have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group; knowledge and practice in housing and tenancy management in relation to statutory obligations, and a track record in effective tenancy management, particularly voids and arrears management.

A full list of responsibilities can be found on the role profile and person specifications but you will also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to achieve positive outcomes; proven IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities.

The ability to drive and access to a car for work purposes is preferable for this role. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes; starting salary of £18,321 rising to £19,285 after successful probation period; 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 38 after service; 2 additional days’ holiday per year available based on attendance; Westfield Heath Cash Plan; Death in service policy; pension scheme; enhanced sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay and child care vouchers.
