Night Concierge      
£17,906 per annum following the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.       
Ave 40.75 hours per week, worked on a rota, 3 nights on, 3 nights off
Based in Loughborough, Leicestershire

Adullam works in the community with vulnerable and excluded people from a diverse range of backgrounds providing support through a variety of high quality housing, support and advice services.
To assist residents and service users we provide tailored support programmes, based on an individuals’ need, which enables residents to improve their quality of life and live independently.
The Association is a not for profit organisation; all surpluses generated are reinvested into key areas of our work.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge within our young persons’ project based in Loughborough.

The post holder will provide a concierge service to keep the building safe and secure. They will also be a point of contact for residents who may require assistance in an emergency or crisis situation.

The key knowledge, skills and behaviours required for this role are:
• Awareness of the issues faced by the client group
• Ability to manage the safety and security of the residents and buildings
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
• Plans and prioritises effectively; good time management and organisation  skills
• Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour
• Flexible,  approachable, positive and enthusiastic
