We have a great opportunity for an Intensive Housing Management Officer (ASB & Neighbourhood) within our Birmingham Housing Services.
To be successful in the role of Intensive Housing Management Officer (ASB & Neighbourhood) you will have the ability to build and maintain good working relationships; a good knowledge of housing legislation; experience of managing anti-social behaviour and experience in working with vulnerable clients.
You will also need to possess good written and verbal communication skills, IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities.
Above all, you will embrace the wide range of responsibilities for the area you are working within and make a positive difference to the neighbourhood.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes; starting salary of £22,178 rising to £23,345 after successful probation period; 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 38 after service; 2 additional days holiday per year available based on attendance; Westfield Heath Cash Plan; Death in service policy; pension scheme; enhanced sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay.
