How we recruit

We look for people with a great positive outlook who are committed to making a difference with everything they do. Our application process might look and feel a little bit different to what you have done before, but that's intentional.

The application and assessment stages are designed to give you a feel for what it's like to work here. If you enjoy a challenge, are inspired by new ideas and the thought of the Lego we use at our assessment centre doesn't put you off - then we would like to meet you.

At Adullam we're all about making a difference to people’s lives. Are you interested?

Application Form

As we are a values driven organisation, both our application form and assessment centre are based around our values and behaviours. All candidates are required to complete an application form.

Assessment Centre

Shortlisted candidates are usually invited to an assessment day. This is where we will get to know the real you and whether you have what it takes to work here.

You will be assessed on your attitude and behaviour in the assessment and knowledge and experience during the interview.

The assessment centre is designed to test the following behavioural indicators which relate to our 3 core values:

  • Commitment and loyalty
  • A positive attitude
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Delivering results

At the assessment centre you will be asked to complete a series of tasks, some group and some individual, which will be observed by a panel of staff.  Following the assessment, there will be a final shortlist of candidates selected for an interview.

Interview

During the interview you will be asked a series of standard and individual questions to find out more about you and your interest in the role.

It's also a great way of finding out if what we have to offer meets your needs and ambitions.

At the end of the interviews, the panel will agree on the best candidate for the job based on the assessment and the interview.
