How to access our services

If you need accommodation and support you should contact your local housing office. If you are eligible, they will refer you to your local project.

When we receive your application, we will contact you to arrange an interview. If we are not able to help you, we will give you information about other agencies that might be able to.

Following the interview, we will discuss your application to make sure we are able to meet your needs and provide the appropriate support for you.

If we are able to meet your needs, we will tell you when you can expect to move in and what you need to bring with you.

If your application is not successful, you have the right to appeal using our appeals procedure.
